Description:	Grocery carts can pass on diseases to children and parents. I have watched as mothers go through cart after cart looking for a clean one. Everyone has seen babies sitting in the carts with runny noses and maybe soiled diapers, sucking or chewing on cart handles. Germs there can be easily transferred to your child and to you. If we really knew how unsanitary grocery carts were, we would not even want to touch them, much less have our babies teethe on them!
