A combined workforce of up to 250 experienced production employees are skilled in steel and aluminum fabrication, welding, pipefitting, mechanical, machining, preservation and coating services. They are supported by experienced Quality Assurance, Project Managers, Estimators, Schedulers and Logistics personnel with computerized documentation, scheduling and reporting systems. PSI also maintains a large and highly qualified external subcontractor workforce to supplement its own organic capabilities. From Navy surface combatants and commercial cruise ships, to barges, workboats, fishing vessels and all types of Army and Coast Guard support craft PSI will assemble a first class team of trained and certified craftsmen to meet the most demanding customer requirements big or small.
