Description:	Tanga Co. was founded in June 2001 with the desire to share some of the favorite island foods enjoyed by locals and visitors alike. Our dream became a reality with our production of "4J's Poi Puff Mix" and "4J's Garlic Sea Salt". Our local foods are influenced by the many different cultures that make Hawaii "The Melting Pot" and "The Land of Aloha".
