Description:	Santos is a graphic designer by trade. A graduate from the University of Hawaii with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, he is currently an Art Director and Assistant Manager for Design at the University of Hawaii Press. His portfolio includes numerous book and cover designs over a span of 13 years with the Press. Because of his love of nature and art, he is also bonsai enthusiast. The art of bonsai provides him with a three-dimensional concept which differs from his everyday work as a designer. However, his involvement with other activities prevents him from the time consuming art of bonsai. He plans to take up bonsai again in the future. Another of he love is waterfalls. The sound and power that the water posseses as it runs off the rocks or cliffs, gives him a soothing and relaxing feeling. He has gone hiking and explored the Na Pali Coast of Kauai on zodiac just to view waterfalls.
