We appreciate the opportunity to serve you and assure you that with over 50 years of experience in providing catering services throughout Hawaii, everything will be done to your complete satisfaction in making your event a memorable occasion. On this Web site, you will find our menu which represents a combination of the most popular Island favorites. Individual entress can be added, deleted or substituted with the price adjusted accordingly. You may also order individual entrees seperately (Ala Carte). We offer several levels of off-premise catering services to fit your budget. We can simply prepare your food for pick-up, or deliver and set-up your buffet line at any location on the Island. We offer skirted buffet presentation, complete with chafers, serving utensils and service personnel to replenish your buffet entrees at an additional cost. We can also coordinate or recommend renting of equipment, photography, entertainment, video and theme presentations.
